HR and Admin Intern
The Admin and Recruitment Intern supports day-to-day HR and office administration activities, with a strong focus on recruitment coordination, documentation, and basic HR operations. The role is ideal for students or fresh graduates who want hands-on experience in HR, recruitment, and general administration.
Key responsibilities
Assist with end-to-end recruitment support: posting job ads, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication.
Maintain and update candidate trackers, interview schedules, and basic HR databases or files.
Support onboarding activities by preparing documents, collecting pre-employment requirements, and assisting with orientation logistics.
Provide general administrative support, including preparing documents, managing calendars, organizing files (digital and physical), and handling routine correspondence.
Help coordinate internal meetings, interviews, and small HR events (e.g., job fairs, orientations, engagement activities).
Assist in preparing simple HR reports, summaries, and presentations as needed.
Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of employee and candidate information.
