Compensation: Base $80,000 + Performance Incentive up to $80,000 (based on defined content growth & impact KPIs)

We're seeking a dynamic content leader to spearhead our comprehensive content strategy, including our flagship thought-leadership podcast and video show, while driving brand visibility across all marketing channels. 

Role Overview 

As the Content Manager & Podcast Host, you'll be the strategic and creative force behind Neolytix's entire content ecosystem. You'll lead our podcast and video content while managing comprehensive content strategy across newsletters, social media, sales enablement materials, and brand communications. This role combines on-camera hosting with content management, working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and global performance marketing teams to amplify our brand and drive business growth. 

Key Responsibilities 

🎙️ Podcast Host & Video Production 

  • Host on-camera and audio podcast recordings with healthcare leaders 

  • Own pre-production: research guests, plan topics, write interview questions 

  • Coordinate shoots and provide direction to offshore editing team or edit the content yourself 

  • Ensure consistent brand identity across all episodes 

🤝 Guest & Stakeholder Management 

  • Book and manage high-impact healthcare executives and thought leaders 

  • Build relationships with industry influencers 

  • Create seamless guest experiences from outreach to follow-up 

📧 Content Strategy & Brand Management 

  • Develop and publish company newsletters for different audience segments 

  • Create editorial workflows for thought leadership content, case studies, and blog posts 

  • Maintain brand voice consistency across all content channels 

🌐 Performance Marketing & Sales Support 

  • Partner with global marketing teams on website and social content optimization 

  • Create/ improve sales presentations, brochures, and proposal templates 

  • Provide content guidance for public-facing communications 

📊 Multi-Channel Distribution & Analytics 

  • Execute content strategy across LinkedIn, YouTube, email, and other platforms 

  • Track performance metrics and optimize based on data insights 

  • Repurpose content across multiple formats and channels 

  • Report on content performance to leadership 

Required Qualifications 

  • 5 to 10 years of combined experience in content management, podcast hosting, video production, journalism, or integrated marketing 

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating on-camera presence, content creation, and storytelling finesse 

  • Charismatic, trustworthy, and compelling personality suited for hosting executive conversations 

  • Proven experience in newsletter management and email marketing 

  • Working knowledge of video/audio gear, lighting, framing, sound, and remote recording tools 

  • Experience with content management systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools 

  • Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple content streams simultaneously 

  • Familiarity with U.S. healthcare themes (RCM, provider operations, digital health preferred) 

  • Excellent writing, editing, and interviewing skills with ability to adapt tone for different audiences 

  • Experience collaborating with sales teams and creating sales enablement materials 

  • Understanding of SEO, social media best practices, and content optimization 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Background in healthcare communications, B2B content marketing, or business journalism 

  • Prior experience hosting branded podcasts or executive roundtable shows 

  • Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) 

  • Comfortable with content analytics platforms (Google Analytics, social media insights, email metrics) 

  • Understanding of performance marketing principles and conversion optimization 

  • Experience managing global or distributed marketing teams 

  • Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for basic content creation 

  • Experience with webinar platforms and virtual event production 

  • Knowledge of compliance considerations in healthcare marketing 

Compensation & Incentives 

Base Salary: $80,000  

Incentive Compensation: Up to 100% of base in Year 1, based on performance milestones including: 

  • Podcast subscriber and follower growth across platforms 

  • Guest acquisition targets (volume and seniority) 

  • 12 Month Revenue from Podcast Leads
