Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and technically sound IT Recruiter with 1 to 2 years of experience in hiring for various technology stack roles. The ideal candidate should have a basic technical understanding of IT profiles, along with hands-on experience in sourcing and screening candidates for technical roles. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with hiring managers and grow in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT roles – sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and facilitating onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define effective sourcing strategies.
Source potential candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
Conduct initial technical and cultural fit assessments.
Maintain and manage candidate pipelines through ATS and other recruitment tools.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders.
Assist in salary negotiations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Keep up-to-date with IT industry hiring trends and basic knowledge of tech stacks.
Maintain candidate engagement and deliver a positive candidate experience.
Key Requirements:
1 to 2 years of experience in IT recruitment.
Basic technical understanding of IT roles and various tech stacks (e.g., development, testing, DevOps, data roles).
Familiarity with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and ATS platforms.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive attitude and ability to work under timelines.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
