About the Role
We’re building a dedicated account growth function and need an analytical, process-driven professional to be its operational engine. You’ll maintain client intelligence, execute targeted outreach campaigns, build data-driven materials, and support account reviews for clients ranging from mid-size practices to large health systems.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain account mapping across 220+ client accounts
Monitor healthcare delivery data to identify cross-sell and win-back opportunities
Execute targeted outreach campaigns using CRM workflows
Prepare data packages and materials for client account reviews
Produce monthly industry intelligence briefs for client distribution
Track pipeline activity, generate dashboards, and maintain CRM data integrity
Coordinate with delivery teams to systematize opportunity identification
What You Bring
2-4 years in healthcare BPO analytics, sales operations, or B2B marketing operations
CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred)
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
Healthcare revenue cycle concepts understanding
Professional written English
Process-oriented mindset
US-overlapping hours (3-4 hours with Central time)
Nice to Have
Healthcare BPO experience
HubSpot or Salesforce certification
Dashboard experience (Power BI, Looker)
Account-based marketing exposure
